GBMentorDial is awesome! I’ve had an excellent experience working with MentorDial. I’m starting a new business and was easily able to connect with two superstar mentors who were able to help me fill in critical gaps. What I found especially helpful, was the easy access to really quality people, that would be difficult to connect with in the “real” world. I also found the platform itself very simple, intuitive, and easy to use. As I launch my new business, I will be using MentorDial a lot more to get the help I need. Very highly recommended!

As a PM this is like gold for, the opportunity to quickly learn from others to then implement at my job. The quality of the mentors is fantastic and their experience is relevant. Excellent customer service - the team is incredibly responsive and works to solve any issues and give advice on how to use the service.

If you are stuck or want a direction as to how the mentors have excelled and reached the peaks in their respective fields, this is the place to be. You do need to have a curiosity for knowledge and be open to accept your strengths and weaknesses based on the mentors' feedback.

A month ago, I made the decision to cancel my subscription through the Mentordial.com website. I followed the cancellation procedure as outlined on your website, but to my dismay, the cancellation did not go through successfully. Concerned about the situation, I also filled out the contact form on your website to notify your team about my cancellation request. To my astonishment, I later discovered that my credit card had been charged for the subscription amount despite my efforts to cancel it. This was a major inconvenience and disappointment, as it is clear that your website's cancellation process was not functioning correctly. I am certain that I am not the only customer who faced this issue. In my attempt to address this matter promptly, I called Mentordial.com's customer support hotline on 9/25/2023, hoping for a swift resolution. However, I was met with a disheartening response. The customer support representative I spoke to was uncooperative and bluntly informed me that my subscription amount could not be refunded. This response is baffling, as it is clear that your website was experiencing technical difficulties with the cancellation process, and the support team was well aware of this issue, given the influx of similar complaints from other customers. I would like to emphasize that I followed the instructions provided on your website diligently, which included using the website's cancellation feature and sending a message through the website's contact form. Despite this, I was still charged for the subscription. I find this situation highly disappointing, and I believe it reflects poorly on your subscribers and the overall user experience provided by Mentordial.com. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves and provide a prompt resolution.
