GBI agree with NM, Amain Hobbies have no item in hand ready to ship I agree with NM, I ordered Byron Originals AERO Gen2 15% Premium 18 Fuel (Four Gallons) the website clearly stated In Stock Online! Usually ships in 24 hours, NO, not 24 hours, I wait for a week with no shipping confirm from Amain Hobbies, then I called them to ask about shipping confirm, no one answer the phone call, got one of them from chat box on website after waiting around 30-35 mins then they asked for order number then simply reply they do not have item in stock to ship out. I am guessing they take customer $$$ then turn around order from supplier then ship to buyer, BAD BAD BAD that how they make $$$ and they don't have $$$ to stock the merchandise.

GBhorrible no response service horrible no response service, literaly no customer service available. they never respond and if you try to cancel your doom. buying to amazon even ebay you get better service or respond

GBI've ordered.. I've ordered... TOO much stuff from AMain. Their prices are always pretty competitive with any other stores and their shipping is always fast. I had one issue with shipping info that never updated until the package was actually delivered, but that was the carrier's fault. My only real complaint is that they tend to have stuff out of stock pretty often, but not usually for too long. That said, when it's in stock, they have the best selection of aftermarket parts, for the RC vehicles that I own, that I've been able to find in the US. All of the places I've found more and/or different parts are in China and between the shipping prices and wait time, I'll stick with AMain.

GBThis operation is terrible This operation is terrible. They sold me a defective remote control car and would not accept the return. They had me run numerous tests which confirmed the car was defective and took a considerable amount of my time, then told me they could send me parts to fix it in several weeks, when they are in stock. I didn’t buy the car to wait several weeks and fix it myself. Terrible customer service!

GBI don't understand why everyone is… I don't understand why everyone is leaving bad reviews. I have had no issues with shipping or anything. Matter of fact the folks I have delt with have went way above and beyond to help me. I won't buy from any other source unless I absolutely have too.
