Wrong order received but good customer service I ordered an engineering text book and received a children story instead. It is my first time buying from Discover books and I am truly unhappy about it. I tried contacting the customer service. We will see if they respond. Edit: the customer service responded quite fast. They apologized for the error and I got a refund for my order as they didn’t have the book anymore. So I moved my rating experience from 1 to 3 stars due to their good customer service. I think I will give discoverbooks another chance with a new order. Hope I won’t get the wrong order next time!

Best price and best experience My wife mention this that she was interested in a book - an older title. I entered it into google and up came discover books.com with the best price and free shipping. Really it was such a great price that there was no thought in hitting the purchase button. The gently used book came in amazing condition and the whole thing was a positive from the beginning to the end and now we have this great book on top of the positive experience.

Great customer service My packages got lost in the mail and they were very helpful and responsive with keeping me updated with tracking numbers and finally replacing some books that were ultimately undeliverable. Also, with the free shipping over $9 dollars and frequent coupon codes, it's a very affordable place to stock up on books! The website is a little clunky, but it's worth it.

Noir at Night Totally enjoyed noir novels by Peter May set on the turbulent, storm-tossed island(s) of Lewis and Harris in Scotland. I appreciate getting Discover Books' discounts as well. And this time, USPS delivered my shipment right to my door!

Never received my item Never received my item. I sent several messages to the seller never got any reply nor have I received a refund or my item. And after reading the reviews I wish I wouldn't have purchased from this company cuz it seems like they are out to scam every Damn person they can! 😡🖕
