Have had good experiences. I have ordered from the Westminster Mint about 10 times. The last order I made took over 2 months but it sounds like they were out of silver. All the previous orders were shipped quickly. They are always well packaged and all the silver bars are wrapped in plastic. I am happy with the Westminster Mint.
