GBGold Pro is a SCAM My order was for a combination of gold and silver coin totaled over $25,000. What was shipped to me is nothing that I ordered and the value was much less then the amount I sent. I spent months back and forth with the owner and got no satisfaction, only lies. The FBI is currently investigating Gold Pro for fraud. They have recently contacted me and got my statement. I am writing this because my previous feedback has been deleted as well as several other negative feedbacks for Gold Pro.

GBExcellent Service It was so nice to speak with someone who is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about customer service. The owner took the time ro speak with me personally. He was able to answer all questions presented to him. No heavy pressure to buy anything and suxh a pleasant Godly person. I was comfortable in asking the most simple questions without fear of ridicule or judgement. In fact the best part of my experience was the amount of knowledge he shared with me. In addition, he made the whole buying process extremely easy. I have no complaints and plan on recommending him to all of my friends here in Hawaii.

GBI decided to to invest in some gold and… I decided to to invest in some gold and silver and was referred to Mike at GoldPro by a mutual friend. Best decision I have ever made. Mike has opened my eyes regarding the future of our money and the value of having gold coins locked away in my safe. We appreciate the great customer service and receiving our product in a timely matter. I only have good things to say regarding this company. Thanks Mike.

ROMany broken promises and no product or refund (continued) Update 7/1/2022 Notice that that today GoldPro received 15 new positive reviews, 13 of which were early this morning within 1 hour of each other. I suspect these are manufactured reviews to bury the recent negative reviews they have received. This is based on the following: 1. GoldPro's average number of reviews are less than one per day. It's inconceivable that 15 valid GoldPro customers left a review in one day and 13 of them got up early this morning and left reviews within 1 hour of each other. 2. All of the reviews have just the first name only. Most previous reviews left for GoldPro have the full name. 3. The reviews appear scripted to promote the company. This is not the type of writing of an average customer review. 4. My contact at the Better Business Bureu advised me that the BBB is highly confident that most of the prior positive feedback for GoldPro on TrustPilot is not valid. Most of them also appear scripted as the ones this morning. I challenge GoldPro's owner to provide verifiable evidence that the 13 reviews this morning are valid. For anyone who is considering doing business with GoldPro, I strongly suggest you check out these other review sites to assist in making an informed decision. Unable to add website links to this post but you can Google them. - Better Business Bureau - Search for Gold Pro, LLC in Vidor, TX - they have a "F" rating for the company, the lowest rating they give. - Revdex Update 6/30/2022 This is an update to my previous feedback. I must have exceeded number of characters allowed so am adding comments under new post. Following is email I sent to GoldPro's owner which I want to share with all of you... I received a voice mail late yesterday from a person identifying themself as Brent wanting to know if I would be home today for the carrier to pick up the return shipment of the unsolicited items you sent. I called GoldPro and got the answering service. I asked them to leave message with Brent to call me immediately. I also sent you a text message requesting you have Brent call me back. It has been over 24 hours and I received no reply from you and no call back. UPS showed up at my house today to pick up the packages. Problem is that you still have not provided me the shipping labels. Just so that you are aware I spoke by phone today with an Assistant DA for Jefferson County. He shed some light on the multitude of customers that you have deceived and scammed through Gold Pro as well as other business ventures that you own. Apparently the only reason you are not in jail is that you settled with each and every one of your customers prior to going to count. The DA advised me to contact the Beaumont police fraud unit to see if they are interest in pursuing my case. I have contacted them and am waiting for a callback. At this point I will be holding off returning the unsolicited shipment received on June 6th until I have discussed the mater with the Beaumont fraud unit as well as getting advice from an attorney. After everything that has happened I have no assurances that you will refund my money once you receive the return shipment. You still have not responded to the feedback I left on Better Business Bureau and TrustPilot websites. By the way, I now know that your sister that you claimed said passed away on June 10th is alive. This was confirmed by my contact at the Better Business Bureau and the Jefferson County District Attorney’s office. This is similar to a claim you made to another customer in May 2022 (from feedback on BBB website) that your wife had died. Seems that she is still alive as well. I am so glad that God has worked his miracle twice to resurrect your dead family members. Regards, Larry
