GBEfficient and effective distribution platform I have been releasing my music via Songcast since 2015 and have always had a very efficient service. The platform is pretty straight forward to use, and my releases appear on the outlets very quickly. If I have any problems, a member of the support team has always come back to me without a long wait. I've also been very happy with the information available on sales stats, and the royalties seem to be much better than from another distribution service I previously used.

GBSongCast Always Delivers SongCast Always Delivers and does what they say they will do; Ive Got 2 albums on there, I'm working on the 3rd, I've been uploading singles lately, quickly the songs are on Apple Music, Amazon, YouTube, all the other places they claim they go, and you are earning royalties. I've had a SongCast account for over 10 years and never had a problem.

ZAIndividual Stars for Experiences! 1 π for Dot from SongCast, who claims not to be a robot, but is the only one answering all support queries,and at all hours of the day or night. The problems with her is that she will pick and choose which queries to answer, and has no business etiquette, (so no please and thank you) this is after telling her that I will be giving a review! In all fairness though I give Songcast 5πππππfor their quick response time. 2 π π for giving a sales stat report for royalties. The problem is that we have to trust their reports. Why are we not given reports directly from all distribution platforms?? So we can cross reference with theirs!! 5 π ππππfor releasing my track on time. (About 2days) in 2 platforms, and gradually to others after probing. So my main problem is Royalty payments. This Must be the problem with other distrubuters as well so we Artists need to get together and fight for more Clarity and Transparency on Royalty reports and payments. We definitely need to receive Sales Reports to be sent directly to us from all platforms for our Transparency and perusal.

CHfor the past 40 days for the past 40 days, my account has had the information "we are currently reviewing your account for unusual sales activity" under Royalties. Nobody answers me, the money was not paid out to me either. Actually a pity thing, because it is a very easy to use distributor that otherwise does good work. I am disappointed.
