"payment plan" I really enjoyed the website and the descriptions given were helpful. However when I chose to sign up for the 6 month payment plan through paypal I was shocked that I was suddenly charged the full amount. It is also incredibly difficult to figure out how to contact someone about the issue with little solution,my card was charged right away. Thank goodness I didn't really need the payment plan??
