YAY for bobbleheads.com! From questions before order placement through proofing to completion, everyone was great ... thank you!

This was one of the most painful… This was one of the most painful experiences I think I've ever had the misfortune of paying for! I'm uncertain if their 'artists' can read english, which in itself caused enough agony but for me, the worst was when they started using photos of a person that I didn't even know! They offer no refunds, even if they are at fault - buyer beware! The whole process took 6 months, the company doesn't care, they only are interested in your hard earned cash. Save your sanity and money by going elsewhere.

The bobbleheads do NOT look like either… The bobbleheads do NOT look like either of me or my husband at all and I asked for refund $244 and they denied it because I confirmed just a head preview. At the end of they when I received it , it looked nothing like the pictures or like anything I saw on their website

Excellent communications Excellent communications, shipping and service. Product was perfect quality, and the details were incredible. Everyone that saw them were amazed. The bobbleheads were the star of the retirement party!
