Amazing service! So they made a terrific bobblehead and the likeness was incredible. It was so good, but that's not why I'm writing this. The package was sent via USPS and the box was badly damaged when it arrived. We opened it and the bobblehead was damaged too. I sent pictures and they made it a priority to get another one done and sent it via FedEx the second time and it arrived in perfect condition. The fact that they 1, did great work, 2, made things right when the USPS damaged the box and 3, shipped it in another way to ensure it would arrive undamaged is all you can ask for from a company that you're doing business with. Everything they had control over they handled so incredibly well, and I'll gladly do business with them should another need arise. Thank you!

The bobbleheads do NOT look like either… The bobbleheads do NOT look like either of me or my husband at all and I asked for refund $244 and they denied it because I confirmed just a head preview. At the end of they when I received it , it looked nothing like the pictures or like anything I saw on their website

Love my bobblehead! I really like the product that I received — the quality feels great, and they sent me emails at various stages of the design process to confirm the bobblehead's look. The head bobbles around, which I quite like. With so many bobblehead options out there, I was initially unsure which one to choose, but I'm happy with my decision to go with bobbleheads.com. They maintained good communication throughout the process to keep me in the loop. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend them if you're looking to get a bobblehead!
