Loving my fabric We ordered some upholstery fabric to redo our dining room chairs. I was hesitant to order this online because I usually need to touch, feel and see what I am buying but I was very pleased with what I purchased. The colors were exactly as seen online and the texture and quality was what I hoped for. Came very professionally packaged as well. Love my fabric.

One man dirk customer service. If that’s really his name. No real offices a mail order box in several residential areas. If you have a project you want done go to a real company. KOVI's response time is fantastic KOVI's response time is fantastic. My samples came promptly, and my order arrived the day after I had placed it. The fabrics are excellent. I received particularly good service when I called to get an estimate on what amount I needed for my project. The responder seemed very knowledgeable and guided me patiently through the process, even making suggestions I hadn't considered. I'll be looking to KOVI again for sure.
