GBGreat Customer Service, Interface, & Pricing! - Very easy user interface. - Outstanding customer service! I needed to fix a small glitch in my survey. On a Sunday no less, Ognjen (a.k.a. David) Ugljenovic not only fixed the issue, but took extra time to make sure I fully understood some of the features. He went over and above to make sure I was happy with the survey I created. - The price is right (and lower than Survey Monkey, which I used last time I needed to create a survey, but they increased their prices out of my range.)

GBSurvey planet has been a really great… Survey planet has been a really great resource for our organisation. It is very intuitive to use and the reports are useful and user friendly. The customer service has been excellent and very friendly. We will certainly be using them again.
