I needed help downloading... I needed help downloading a recently purchased book. The support person (Nathan) took all the time needed for this newbie to the world of audiobooks. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The audio works great, reasonable price, and of course the good service. I'll use them again when needed.

This audobook download website does not allow a smooth download of paid for books. This audobook download website does not automatically download anything. I have had to sit at the competer and contiually push the resume button. If I left it to download. notihing happens. which is poor. I havbe a good internet connection and do not have a problem watching net flicks for playing games online. so it is not my connection. I could understand a free site. But I have paid for these books and now have to pay another month to get what I am trying to download.,
