GBThe books arrived promptly The books arrived promptly. In spite of the package being badly torn, the books were undamaged and both still in the package - another day and they might not have been. I note that I regularly buy thru ABE and this is first package so badly damaged.

GBMy book got lost in the mail My book got lost in the mail. Customer Service was not very helpful in finding it. Since they use USPS there is no picture of the delivery. Therefore, we had no idea on where it was delivered. Thankfully our post office is friendly and the driver that day just happened to remember where they dropped the package. So I got my book back. I would like to see them use UPS or FedEx so students don’t get in a bind when their books aren’t delivered.

GBGreat Job! I really want to tell you that doing business with you was not only good, it was VERY GOOD! No, it was GREAT! You were quick to process my order and it came sooner than expected. I can't wait to get into the book... I would've rated my experience with you in the highest category, but I save the word "awesome" for God alone. He is the ONLY ONE WHO IS AWESOME -- simply because of Who He is, What He has done, and continues to do. Throughout the Bible, He is the only one to be described as AWESOME, as well as His works of creation. Sorry, but I don't see "that car as awesome, that athlete as awesome, that feat as awesome, that musician as awesome, that menu choice as awesome" -- nor your highest rating choice for doing business with you. Sorry. There are so many words in our language that can be used to describe "the best" and sadly, they've fallen by the wayside.... Bottom Line: Please consider substituting the word Awesome with GREAT!! I'd vote for that. ;-))
