And when I placed the order for good, he offered to deliver my package sooner than the scheduled pickup. He even called to remind me instead of waiting to hear from me. :) Thank you Cary! Aside from excellent service, we got great prices from the website. My second order went without a hitch and the carboy I got was a higher quality than I expected. If there's an item I need for homebrewing, I'll check brewps first every time. <3

Super fast shipping & Great packaging I ordered a case of 1 liter tension cap growlers. Within an hour or so I got an email with a tracking number. Today I got the package and it was packed extremely well. Clearly this is a company that goes above and beyond and I'll be ordering from them again 100%.

Brew PS DROPS THE BALL! I ordered a book on the 4th of the month and never received it. E-mailed on the 15th to see what the hold up was and on the 16th I received notice they were not going to fill my order due to lack of knowledge of their warehouse having the book in stock. They said they did not know this until I requested they look into the matter. Glad I did not wait two more weeks to find out what the hold up was! I would not recommend this company due to lack of concern for their customers!

Incredible Service I ordered the PACMAN yeast from Brew PS and this is a yeast that has to stay refrigerated. I'm military living overseas so when I asked Cary if he could get me this product without it going bad, he jumped all over it. He went above and beyond customer service. These guys took 2 icepacs 10 yards of paper and bubblewraped this thing. Not only that, they threw in some dry yeast on the house, just in case the pacman didn't make it. 5 days later and all the way in Italy, my package arrived...still cold. Great service..great price. These brothers got it right. Loyal customer from now on!
