best price found Had been keeping an eye open for the best price for the WFCO power converter 6800 for a while now as i knew i would be needing one as soon as camp reopens. American RV had been showing the best price around so i bit the bullet and ordered from American RV not ever ordering from them before. I was very pleased with the whole ordering process, they had the item in stock, emailed me the next day saying the item had been shipped and i rec'd the item 4 days later which i thought was fantastic considering this was delivered on the day before Christmas. I will be ordering from American RV again., Thank You

First time Canadian buyer I came across ARV while searching for new skylights for my trailer. I was having a hard time finding what I wanted but ARV had exactly what I was looking for, at a reasonable price. Shipping to Canada is never cheap for larger items but ARV provided a more than reasonable price for the order. In fact it ended up being a quarter of any other quotes I received and it arrived in less than a week from placing the order. I had to make an inquiry by phone and had my question answered by a very knowledgeable and polite person, a rarity these days. I have no problem recommending this company to anyone needing anything camping.

Fast Delivery We had a water problem & ordered a needed part paying for 2 day delivery unaware that the part was not kept in inventory. We called to check on delivery & found it would take up to 3-4 days for them to get the part. I explained our situation & was told they would see what they could do for us. Although it took longer than the 2 days we thought we would receive the part in, we received it in 3 days. We were very pleased & would definitely do business with American RV again.

My part arrived early, packed well,and came with information for installation and use, even though I had misdiagnosed the problem, now I have a spare. I received just what I ordered,in good time and in perfect condition. The part came with suggestions for further diagnosis which I did use because I did misdiagnose the problem. Wit this information not pinpointing the problem, it left just one other possibility. In the end, problem fixed. It was only a matter of time til this part failed anyway. NOW I have a spare and will lose no time waiting n parts when this new one eventually does fail.
