I dislike the fact that choosing my art… I dislike the fact that choosing my art work illustration we're not completely used as I wanted and the length of time frame it took to finish the children book. I also dislike the price of a children's book. However someone else stepped in to help work on the book and it turned out okay, so I was in between liking and not liking. I still feel like I should have gotten refunded back some of my money. I been with author since 2006 and I know that they can do better. Thank you all.

Research elsewhere The process is pretty much money upfront, sign papers, get upsold, then constantly having to follow up with them, while minimal effort to reach back out is given. Emails go unanswered. The "book cover" they create is from free stock images they can find online,I hired out on fiverr for my book cover design since they couldn't do it because "theres no free images like it". Its been a process. So far this is my experience hopefully once my book is out there itll get better, since im waiting in a queue....
