GBBad customer service Pokenest never sent the products I paid for, this has been confirmed by eBay and usps. Then pokenest says I shouldve paid for the insurance for a product that was never mailed. This type of customer service is laughable. I suppose i shouldve looked into this guy before ordering and his previous companies trendpoke and poketees. Alot of similar complaints. Im just happy i only placed a small order. Couldve been worse i guesse. As far as him claiming he went out of his way to refund me, completely false. After months of back and forth I have gone through my credit card company to dispute the charge, so this is how ill get my refund. This guy cant stop lying and all over 69 bucks. Best of luck to anyone looking to order through pokenest.

GBI ordered a subscription on October 14 I ordered a subscription on October 14. It is now November 17th And still no cards. My credit card was charged for the last two months and received nothing. Customerservice is very poor. I have a total of seven emails to him and only one response asked to cancel my subscription a few times and never heard back still today. No cards.
