Great birthday present Recent purchase for my sons birthday and its great. The hilt is nicely made and the sound board whilst the same as other sabers i have bought is good quality. Cannot comment on customer service as i have not had to use them. Shipping to uk was fair for the distance. Great job👍

Probably will not order from them again… The entire experience was frustrating and a little misleading. It took forever (almost a month) to get my full order after numerous attempts to email them. What was supposed to be fun for me and my family became frustrating. My Saber came as described. My families sabers did not. It wasn't until I disputed the charge with my bank when they finally got their act together and sent me my full order.
