Good prompt order processing Good prompt order processing. My reason for not giving 5 stars was that I made an error in my order which I noticed within minutes of placing the order. I immediately sent an email asking if my error could be corrected. I received a response which stated that they were not set up to change orders once they are submitted.

Even if they’re not—the words never change :) my husband and I saved over $50 buying the “Love & Respect” hardcover books & workbooks (not including shipping!)

Unfortunately Unfortunately, I could not give away some of the books as planned, the pages were water damaged, dirty, black smear, and I was really surprised you would even sell them. I purchased 12 books total. Not all 12 but several of them were in bad condition.

The order got messed up The order got messed up. Instead of correcting the order, they refunded all 8 books but did not refund the entire balance.

Having what I wanted in stock was a… Having what I wanted in stock was a pleasant surprise. Placing the order was easy. Delivery was as expected. I was not disappointed in the used books I received. My friends will enjoy the humor to be found in the books I ordered when I distribute them. I'm sure we will share some of the funny stories between us. Thanks for making it happen.
