CZA really seamless process. Definitely recommend A really seamless process. A few hiccups but so far haven't had any real problems. A fast way to look more professional as a musician.

GBEasy to use so far, love the support I'm very inexperienced with building websites, and I'm in the early stages of building one, but it has pretty easy to use tools so far. Someone on staff reached out by email right away to invite me to ask questions directly by email, which is awesome, and super helpful!

GBNavigation to 1st time build. Help / support was top of the line for a first time build. Response was quick and clear. The site provided all the basic features to what I was looking for and we will have the option to ad features as needed. ThX and Rock on!

GBCumbersome to use, not intuitive. Hard to make changes. Poor guidance/help. Cumbersome to use. "Templates" are hard to use, specifically replacing their existing pictures, etc. with what I need to use. Customer support is via chat, which doesn't work, although she was nice and did try. I'm stuck with pages with photos I cant delete, only replace with something else. Not intuitive. Id be glad to pay extra for real design support help. I'm probably going to have to cancel my account.
