Customer service was phenomenal! The wrong item was initially shipped to me (honest mistake, was a Pokemon Binder Collection instead of the Poster Collection.) I emailed them to see about exchanging for the correct product. They responded within 30 minutes and said keep the item I received and they shipped out the correct item the next day. I was happy alone with the quick response but the follow up actions knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be shopping here in the future!
