GBProperly fleeced of £170 Well, here we go… order one and it arrived no problem. As I like the item, I purchased a second for my other Daughter. The item was not sent and they would not issue a refund. Weeks later I noticed it was marked as returned? I have send over 50 emails and no response. My advice would be stay clear of this company. They will not communicate and it’s unlikely you’ll receive anything. Bye bye £170

GBSCAM SCAM! Ordered a projector in December, still not received, cannot track the order, the telephone number on the website was inactive, had emails of order confirmation and dispatch but no sign of goods. Website has is now no longer active.

GBI ordered a 4K Nexcam Pro for my… I ordered a 4K Nexcam Pro for my daughter for Christmas, it took ages to arrive and when it finally did arrive, it was minus any branding and did not work. The contact email address is a UK email address but due to the length of time the item took to arrive, I would say that it is not shipped from the UK. I have emailed their customer service 3 times and received no response at all. I have a distinct feeling that I will never hear from them!! DO NOT BUY! This is a scam! I am £170 down and my daughter does not have a Christmas present!

GBDo not buy!!! Do not buy!!! I have had a similar experience with this company and product. The projector arrived after about a month, and came from China, even though the website seemed to be a French company. The product and user manual is free from any Nexcam branding and is simply titled “Projector” despite it being sold as the “4k Pro Projector.” The projector does work but is confusing due to the sparse usual manual instructions and I can’t seem to connect to devices wirelessly without disconnecting from my internet wifi. The Nexcam website that I ordered the projector from no longer exists. I can only assume, as other reviewers have, that this is a scam company.
