GBI ordered a wolf blanket back on 8/31… I ordered a wolf blanket back on 8/31 /2022 this is 9/12 Have not gotten a email receipt or a order tracking number or my product. My order was for over a hundred dollars . I would think I could get some kind of notice or product by this time .

GBThis place is a complete scam! This place is a complete scam!! I ordered two comforters with pillow cases, got an email saying they were shipped yet no tracking info worked. After a couple of weeks I emailed them and they claimed the shipper lost my order and they had to remake my items (nothing I ordered was personalized, don't tell me they make every item one by one per order because that's a crock of bs). Their email said my order would be shipped in 3-5 days and yet it's been another 2 weeks and I've gotten and heard nothing. "Please be patient" is their keep you waiting for nothing line. I'll be contacting my bank and getting my money back, these guys are scammers!!

GBScam artist...avoid at all costs. Ordered a hat from this "business". Here are the problems. First, it arrived in a bag and had completely lost it form and front of the hat was wrinkled to the point of disfiguring. Their excuse, is not using boxes to reduce the amount of waste. IT'S A HAT! Who wants a crushed hat? Second, as opposed to the misleading pictures on the website, the contrast of colors is weak, very weak, and the images are barely distinguishable even from a close distance. Thirdly, this hat is cheap from front to back, top to bottom. I complained and as expected from a company with zero honor, they said they would give me 30% off of my next order. I almost spit out my coffee. I would never order another thing from these rip off artists so how does that help? How about a full or partial refund on the custom order I am so dissatisfied with? Nope, they can't do that.

GBI ordered a monogram sweatshirt and it… I ordered a monogram sweatshirt and it came with name printed backwards they said they'll refund my $59 but it was made with a CC that was compromised and no longer have. They refused because I no longer have this credit card number. Ridiculous and outraged they could use another card or send me a check

GBReceived a beautiful Hoodie from my… Received a beautiful Hoodie from my daughter for Christmas that she bought from Clevefit. Unfortunately was not large enough. ( make sure you check their size charts) Contacted customer service and they were very helpful and prompt about how to exchange for the proper size. I would highly recommend their products.
