GBYear subscription My husband and I ordered the year subscription for our grandson for Christmas and he only received the first box. My husband had to show our bank receipt to show we had already paid and they said they had corrected it. Our grandson has still only got his second box since last November and my husband has got no response to his email. Thank you for your response! Once the situation is resolved I will update my review. Thank you for sending my grandson his missing boxes! Looking forward to seeing what he gets next! Thank you also for sending him a t-shirt and hat!

GBWont be a customer again. Mediocre at best per my experience. Somehow my box was lost in the warehouse/usps. Took more than a month to receive. Sometimes it took a day or more to get a response. Wasnt impressed with what I got honestly. Edit- I appreciate the fact you hire those with disabilities. But, when I made it aware I wasnt happy at all, I was only offered a $5 dollar credit. Now that a review that doesnt fall the way you want it to, I now receive an offer for a $20 credit or 3 free lures? Where was that customer service when it counted? I will stick to my initial review.

CAExtra shipping fee of $28.81 Enjoyed the box but the hidden $28.81 duty fee didn’t make it really worth the time... I thought the $16.24 value I paid extra to ship to Canada was covering the extra shipping fee... not having to pay this addition $30

GBThey sent me an offer of three free lures and failed to follow through. … They sent me an offer of three free lures and a neck gaiter around Christmas. Used their offer to redirect to their site. Filled out the information and started a subscription. Didn’t get the free lures and gaiter, contacted them and cs said they would ship it out immediately. Waited a month no items, reached out to cs again and now they said they won’t send them. This is a company with poor customer service and now it cost them a customer.

GBNot what I was expecting.... The two stars I'm giving are for the good customer service and the fact that some of the proceeds are going to a good cause. I ordered the Pro box and I'm pretty disappointed. The pictures on the website show a good mix of branded baits in original manufactures packaging. What I received was basically a blister pack of unbranded baits which looks like something that you would find in the fishing section of a big box store. It's not something that I would buy again, but unfortunately I have 2 more months already paid for. I can't believe that someone though this change was a good idea. I do not recommend. Response to reply.... Thank you for the reply. Thank you for the offer for replacement baits, but I did not write my review to get free product. I wrote my review so that other people who look at the pictures on your website understand that the pictures do not represent what they will receive. Also, just because a bait is made by the same manufacture that makes top quality baits, doesn't mean that it will be the same quality. Top bait companies spend years developing baits and to say that a different bait is the same quality because it is manufactured in the same factory is at best misleading. Again, thank you for the reply and the offer.
