GBYear subscription My husband and I ordered the year subscription for our grandson for Christmas and he only received the first box. My husband had to show our bank receipt to show we had already paid and they said they had corrected it. Our grandson has still only got his second box since last November and my husband has got no response to his email. Thank you for your response! Once the situation is resolved I will update my review. Thank you for sending my grandson his missing boxes! Looking forward to seeing what he gets next! Thank you also for sending him a t-shirt and hat!

GBZero Stars If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought my husband a 3 month subscription. After the 3 months, I tried to cancel using their email link. My husband then got another box. We didn't open it. I sent them another email and filed a case with PayPal (the payment method I used). PayPal sided with them, so we got 3 more boxes and had to suck up the extra charge. I sent MULTIPLE emails to their cancelation link, but I never got a response. I canceled the subscription through PayPal subscriptions. I just got a notification that they are trying to change my card that is linked to PayPal. When I denied the charge, my debit card was then locked diento fraud prevention. This company has been nothing but a hassle. I will NEVER purchase a single item from them again. So unprofessional. Do not put yourself through this.

GBI absolutely love Warriors Tackle I absolutely love Warriors Tackle! I received my purchases much faster than expected! Everything I purchased is great! GBGARBAGE I still have not received any correspondence from a supervisor like I was told I would. A company that says they support Veterans should not treat Veterans the way I’ve been treated. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY!!!!

GBWrong address I ordered this sub box as a gift for my father and wasnt able to send it to his address, even after I asked the a customer service rep to make the change. They also send the "invoice" of how much everything is valued and how much your subscription is, which for a gift is undesirable. The items in the first box seemed to be acceptable and good quality (i dont fish) but would not recommend to get this as a gift for someone unless they make changes to accommodate this better.
