Onboarding Experience Onboarding Experience: After the pandemic, re-entering the workforce as a Consultant was a new and daunting experience for me. Alisha and I met several times in January, February & March 2022 (and moving forward, whenever I request) to introduce me to a few platforms I would be working with but had never used before. She soon realized that the way I learn best was through interactive instruction as well as documents, spreadsheets and timetables outlining the processes so that I could review in Test sequences on my own.
