A fabulous concept that WORKS! When I heard about Trusted Housesitters, it sounded too good to be true! And it is! It puts you in contact with people/profiles that can care for your fur babies and home so you can enjoy important family obligations or vacation with peace of mind while you’re away. The application literally pays for itself in one sitting too! What’s not to love?! I’m hoping that this allows me many more opportunities to get together with my family and friends with peace of mind! So far, so good 👍🏼

This site is basically a scam This site is basically a scam. I signed up for a $9 basic membership and within seconds, I was charged $109. I completed a profile, only to find that the search function doesn't have basic suburbs in Sydney, like Balmain. That's like looking for a house mind in London and not having Paddington as an option. Seriously, don't trust this site.

Reliable customer service! Very pleased with the customer service and the insurance policy of Trusted Houssesitters. They actually do what they promise when a house sitter cancels with a short notice (less than 2 weeks before). They paid the fees for a professional kennel when my confirmed house sitter canceled due to an unpredictable event. I am glad that I chose the premium membership.

The first house sitter pulled out The first house sitter pulled out, but gave us 6 weeks notice. We reposted and within two days had a very reliable couple who did a great job of dog and house sitting.
