HORRIBLE experience since I've had this… HORRIBLE experience since I've had this subscription last year. This year I couldn't redeem the QR code or the fully written code. I couldn't get ANY help by text, SMS, or by phone. Forget about customer services from this place, it all defaults to the website, which is apparently broken, not updated, or is just unmonitored by their technicians.

First time customer First time customer, and honestly with the price discount you get as a member is a huge win for me, since the inflation kicked in I was finding it hard to buy new tackle, having a family of five makes it hard to really enjoy fishing. Since they are my priority I’m not going to spend a lot of money but ever since I heard about Karl’s. It changed everything for me for the best. Who knows maybe one day I can be a pro-amateur fisher and go on tournaments here in Washington state.

Karl's club has definitely been worth… Karl's club has definitely been worth it for me. The customer service has been superb when a couple packages were lost customer service was welcoming, responsive and solved the problem immediately. Top notch products and I like the random oddball lures as well. Only critique is I wish all the products had detailed descriptions. Cast on!

Great Customer Service! My grandson loves the Mystery Tackle Boxes. Recently, I purchased two from a Karl's partner(Dick's Sporting Goods). I received two identical MTBs. Brandon, in customer service, was amazing in making sure I got a different MTB. It was my grandson's birthday, time was short, but Brandon made it happen. He is the best!

Great deals and excellent service Great deals and excellent service! The membership alone has already paid for itself. Bought a rod/ reel combo that would have cost $20 more at Walmart and was able to get it in left hand retrieve! Had another rod replaced after breaking it, no questions asked. The members only deals are amazing. Would definitely recommend to any avid angler.
