Hey y'all Hey y'all, love the boxes and the tackle.. did a 6 month subscription of the first mates box and was very impressed but my one thing holding this review back from 5 stars is that all that waswas ever in the box as a "bonus" was a neck buff or koozie.... I would have liked to see something other than those two items cheap pair of pliers you know line cutters etc but all in all very impressed will probably buy again next season

Bought this box as a christmas gift Bought this box as a christmas gift for my dad after watching/reading a bunch of reviews from different fishing subscription boxes. This box didnt inflate the value of their products and gives full packs of baits instead of samples. I dont fish at all, so was hoping there would be at least one or two items my dad would like from the box based on the fish/region/season I chose. He was excited about every lure and bait in the box and took everything down to the coast on his next fishing trip. Was honestly pleasantly surprised at this. Will definitely order again as gifts!

No excuses anymore! I took a peek at the gift box I ordered for my brother, and now I wish I’d signed up, too! If he doesn’t catch any monster stripers in Lake Lanier, it’ll be because he didn’t go out on the water. The box included every kind of tackle you can think of-soft plastics, topwater, crank and jigging. There’s also mono for leader, a cup for refreshing libations (hey, fishing is a hard, lonely hobby!), and a toboggan to keep the head warm when the spirits flag. I’m excited to watch him open this gift and then land a couple in the boat.

Great service My order got lost by the second hand company who sends out there apparel but customer service was extremely helpful and quick which was awesome. Got my package fixed and shipped to me within two days. Only down side was I didn’t get the free dock sauce for ordering on Memorial Day which I was looking forward to trying, but who cares. All in all great service.

Great surprise in a box! Although I wish I could fish more often, the tackle I receive is spot on for the area I live in Southeast Florida. Some of the brands are easily recognizable and all appear to be of good quality. I need a coozie in a different color than black. The monthly bad fish shipment is a box I look forward to every month!
