GBSent wrong item Send me a 30rd box of ammo instead of a 600rd box of ammo. I have reached out to them via website, email, and phone and still no response after 1 month. Edit: revising to 3 stars: After several unanswered phone calls and emails (using contact info on the invoice), I finally got a response and a refund has been issued for the missing ammo. They made things right and were apologetic and I may be willing to give them another chance at my business in the future.

GBWow!!! What a great surprise! Wow. Although these Glock 23 magazines were sold as "used", they appear bramd new and like they've never been loaded with any rounds. I highly recommend getting as many as you need or want before they're gone. Absolutely great service & quick shipping.

GBNot good customer service I don't think the customer service was there at all.. says makes it easy to purchase online, but actually the opposite. Quick to point the finger instead of getting all the info. I will purchase local and skip the rudeness. Hardly worth 30 bucks savings to be given run around..

GBI bought 38 special I bought 38 special. Ordered on a Saturday received the following Friday. Given the climate, no issues with it. Blazer brass. Shot fiddy rounds, yes I said fiddy, no issues. I added them to my list of folks I buy Ammo from. Good communication via email through the process.

GBQuick service - free shipping I ordered my pistol online on Saturday night and picked it up at my FFL on Thursday morning. Recoil's price was $40 less than all other shops I checked out (including the one I buy most of my guns from) and they also gave me free shipping.
