The folks at Denver Outfitters The folks at Denver Outfitters, especially Costa Skodras, have been phenomenal to work with! Their rod vault product is amazing and truly allows more time on the water!! I have not had any problems with their product, and just recently purchased a 4 rod vault for our new vehicle! Thanks Denver Outfitters!!!

After paying more than $500 for their… After paying more than $500 for their rod vault.it was delivered without the necessary hardware to assemble it, or the Necessary hardware to mount it. Extremely frustrating to run back and forth to the hardware store to purchase hardware that should certainly have been included.LAME!

I was a little concerned after reading… I was a little concerned after reading some old reviews about how long some Rod Vaults were taking to be delivered. I am extremely satisfied with how quickly mine was delivered and how helpful gbe staff at Denver outfitters were in responding to any questions I had. I would recommend them 100 percent

Great product Great product, very happy with the functionality and ease of install. the only reason i didn't give it the 5 star rating is due to the plastic footing used to anchor the rod holder to the roof rack. Unsure of the longevity of the plastic footings and would have liked to see a different material used. Time will tell. All in all, great product and i would recommend it to everyone!

The rod vault I own works well The rod vault I own works well. The mounts however failed. The female threads began slipping making it nearly impossible to remove from my cross bars. Disappointing that something so small about the design could render such a big problem. The replacement part is extremely expensive for what it is, and in my opinion should be covered under the warranty. (Not covered) Hopefully they can redesign this part of the mounting assembly. *follow up* After posting my review (2 stars) I was contacted and notified that the money for my replacement parts was refunded, accompanied with it an apology for the inconvenience. Credit to Denver Outfitters for their effort to improve customer satisfaction.
