GBCustomer service does not return calls… I order a reel using my credit card and received with no problems. A week later I submitted another order for two reels using same card. Next day I received a fraud alert and email stating I needed to send a pic of my credit card in order for them to further process order. I called customer service, received a voice message. I left a message asking for a return call and explanation. I have heard nothing from them

GBGreat products, Great prices! I like the Piscifun products. I have purchased both spinning and casting equipment and all have worked as well as the much more expensive product. This is great equipment at an economical price. I fish these in tournaments as well as pleasure fishing and they seem to hold up well during all the abuse! Great products!

GBCan't wait to use my new reels Saw what looked like a great deal on ice reels. How ya gonna beat BOGO right. Company was in constant contact with me though out the order and shipping process and I received my order in a timely fashion. Took both reels to Scheels and got them lined up and ready to go. Unfortunately I can't yet review the reels. Had shoulder surgery in early January and haven't got the all clear from Doc(or the wife) to be back on the ice yet. Hopefully they work as good as they look.

GBReceived viper 2000 as promised ,a day… Received viper 2000 as promised ,a day earlier than expected on delivery, reel has very smooth function's ,and a great price haven't had a chance to use it fishing yet but I'm sure it will work just fine .
