All I have to say is one word amazing… All I have to say is one word amazing MICHELE was so kind and understanding patient but very detailed. She did not rush the interview even though I had many technical difficulties she was a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed our session and I look forward to working with her. She is amazing.

Michele made the interview process incredibly laid back and informative I loved my interview with Michele. I can understand how some people would feel anxiety or even a bit of apprehension about a video interview involving a real time reading for the interviewer. DON'T. Michele alleviates any or all the pressure you might otherwise feel. I loved how she emphasized we were simply having a conversation. It felt like I was talking to a friend, as we went back and forth. She answers any questions you may have as well!

Not only that but she is highly organized, thoughtful, and an intuitive empath in her own right. This company has excellent safety measures in place to protect employees and also really thorough interview process to ensure legitimacy and authenticity of those hired. Just overall extremely impressed with the whole process and company. Michele represents the company well and very much cares about those who she is employed to oversee and lead.
