I love to hang out in the forum with kind members of different nationalities and a lot of challenges and events. The shop owner Toiny isn't an éminence grise in the background. No! I have had multiple problems with this… I have had multiple problems with this site. Trying to contact customer service and get any response is ridiculous. I never receive a response back. Back in March, emailed the customer help desk about not receiving links to any downloads that I have purchased. I did not get a response back for months and then when I did, it was to tell me the person in charge of the customer support was in an accident, but still my problem was not resolved. In January of 2022, I purchased a year of AnthologyFlex, which should end in December of 2022. I do not have access to the downloads for this month. I did submit a ticket for help, but not really thinking that they will respond. So please beware of purchasing from this site.
