Awful service | Rude customer support Awful service. My order was made in 17/11 and I still haven't received the package. They stated that it will take around 16 days and it has been more than 35 days now and still the package hasn't arrived! Furthermore, the customer service has stopped getting back to us after we complained about the delay. Good job guys, this was supposed to be a Christmas present but it seems it's going to be delivered closer to Easter probably.

Three disappointing diamond paintings I bought three diamond paintings. The first one was mediocre. The second was supposed to be a landscape but I received a vertical image instead. The third was a family custom and the skin colors were so wrong I didn’t even recognize the faces. Tried to contact the “24/7” costumer service but haven’t received an answer and it’s been over a week. Very disappointed.

Amazing result but a bit disappointed While doing my painting I noticed that few areas were missing a number to paint, so I had to use whatever I thought was right. One of my paints were also dried up (number 23), so I was very hard to use that. BUT I’m so happy with the result and I really recommend this!
