I loved the product but at first the… I love the product but at first the eyes were bad and I contacted support and they sorted me out but now my box won’t even turn on I’ve bought new batteries, and it still won’t turn on.

Really bad customer service The box itself looks super nice, but the cable was defective. (Probably already happened during shipping) So I wasn't able to use the box to its full extent. When I asked if I could get a new box sent or if I could get my money back, I got a strict no. They are not aware of any guilt and pack everything with the greatest care. I then asked if I could at least have a new cable so that I could repair it myself. That too was rejected. So I paid almost 40€ for a non-functioning box. Customer service is really a disaster. The website also advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is absolutely not true
