Wrong product no replacement I ordered three kits each with a different sentimental photo for my family members for Christmas. Instead of getting one of each I got one, two of the same and the third one I ordered just isn’t getting replaced or refunded. I spent $200 plus duties and I’m out an entire painting for Christmas. Very disappointed in the customer service and support.

Terrible company Terrible company! My order took ages to come and when it arrived half of the print was missing making it impossible to paint. I contacted them and they eventually dispatched another but it took weeks so I refused it The painting was a gift for my grandmother's 80th and she was looking forward to it... They don't respond to messages. Waste of money and time

Would rate lower then 1 star Would rate lower then 1 star. Ordered Dec 1st as Xmas gift. Still not here has been apparently delayed at the airport for 2 weeks. Horrible customer service and cannot comment on the quality as it is not here. Also find it ridiculous that the company asks you to review the product before you receive it just asking for bad reviews if you ask me

Easy to see the numbers Easy to see the numbers. Some paints are thin (lighter colors) so need to paint over a few times to completely cover the number. Really enjoying it. Some of the colors don’t match the shade in the picture but it’s okay, still pretty and fun.

I ordered this in Nov with an… I ordered this in Nov with an expectation that it would be delivered by Christmas. I got a tracking number right away but it is stuck in data received status. Despite multiple follow up emails, I have received no response. Now I am in a situation where I don't have a gift for one particular individual. I think this is a scam.
