I have finally gotten my order after more than 3 months with emails and reviews posted to this site. Thankyou trust pilot without this site many businesses can and will take advantage of you, take your money and not deliver the goods. If I hadn't of posted my experience on this site my order would never have been resent as they apparently lost the first order. By the way package was delivered in the end , just received it today. I have not opened and have thrown it in the bin , where it belongs. I am so disgusted with this experience I no longer have any desire to paint or use this product. Fyi I was asked on numerous occasions to delete my reviews which I did on my first one. I had to post my second again as I was getting no answer from them. Which strangely enough got a very fast response. This is now my third and last review. 0 stars

Read before Reviewing NOTE: There is a legitimate paintbynumbers site and many of us have been ripped off by imposters posing as paintbynumbers. To the imposters —> Would give zero if possible. My wife paid for 2 air mattresses in May 2020 and in September we have not received nor have they responded to numerous emails. Check other 1 star reviews this company is a complete FRAUD!!!

Always wanted to paint. Always wanted to paint.Kit arrived with everything I needed. So excited! Started to paint and the tension just slipped away as I worked on my canvas. Absolutely loved painting and watching my ‘Pop Art Girl’ evolve slowly before my eyes. I painted her!! Loved her. The service and contact with the team at Paint By Numbers was fabulous! Highly Impressed/Satisfied This was my first time ordering paint by numbers by this site and I can say I'm highly satisfied. The kits came packaged neatly and with everything needed to complete. I was very impressed by quality of paint, canvas and brushes. I did have one issue with a kit being sent wrong but with the help of the customer support team, I was sent a replacement in a very timely manner with new tracking information also. I look forward to that, and overall I am very impressed. I'll be ordering more in the future.

Order came within 5 days Ordered 2 x paint by number sets and they came in perfect condition within 5 days ( ordered 3/2 and arrived 8/2). The canvas is already framed so I can start painting and just hang the finish product when done. Yippee!!!
