Bad and good Extremely slooooowwwww shipping period. Product carton damaged upon receipt (envelope it was shipped in was not damaged, the product package was a flimsy plastic box which was then placed in a padded envelope). HOWEVER, there was no damage to the product, and it looks and performs as expected. Debatable on whether I’ll order from them again simply because of shipping time and packaging. Seems very likely items could be damaged in transit if this experience is the norm for this company.

The pillow covers came in a decent… The pillow covers came in a decent amount time, last item came within two weeks from order date, the others came within a week. The colors in the covers were accurate to the pictures on-line. Good purchase.

Shipped overseas instead of Canada for… Shipped overseas instead of Canada for some reason. Customer service was very good at getting the problem resolved. The lights were great although I’m not sure J would say they look 3D. Maybe I’m not standing far away enough. Good price. Happy with the purchase.

2 months after, I haven't received anything! I made an order on the website in february and still don't have the products I paid for. I cannot find any way to contct the company, it seems that the website is not working anymore...

Did not receive in time for event I ordered this 27 days almost a month before I needed it for Vacation Bible school. I didn’t not receive it in time to use it. When I contacted the company they rudely told me I did not read their shipping policy. They have 21 days for shipping. I received it the night of the 21st day. Too late to use it and couldn’t send it back. $89 down the drain. Live and learn. Don’t order from this company.
