Worst company and customer service… Worst company and customer service ever. First the only platform told me to pic one size which was fine but then after placing my order I was told that the size was too small and I needed to pay more or cancel. If it’s a system issue, I shouldn’t have to pay. As I was asking questions I was then told my order was shipped out but I never received the shipping informations. Questioned some more, I was told nope it wasn’t shipped out. Had to question more and still no help so they finally cancelled but I still haven’t received my money back nor do I expect to see it. I understand mistakes but no one actually looked into the case and all I received were excuses and misinformation.

Wrong drills My custom painting arrived today & none of the drills provided correspond with the chart. I have a picture of a black & white dog & drills in various shades of pink. I gave 2 stars instead of only 1 because I'm hoping at some point I get a response from my email, although as I never received any communication regarding despatch or delivery I don't hold out much hope.

Omg where do I even begin Omg where do I even begin? I absolutely love this company because of how accommodating, helpful, and super professional they really are. I had a bit of a dilemma with my order and they were so quick in their response to help solve my problem!!! I will forever buy from them and I’m truly the happiest customer they have ever known. Looking forward to purchasing more items from them in the future (possibly by next week LOL) I definitely recommend you order from them as your #1 store for all of your diamond painting dreams!!!

Terrible Customer Servicr I bought this for my daughter’s birthday. I received the wrong kit. I asked for e refund because there was no way another one would get to me in time. I received an email stating they re-shipped the correct one and allow 15 days for shipping. I will NEVER order from them again. There are many companies that value their customers, this is definitely not one of them!

I have purchased 5 so far and finished… I have purchased 5 so far and finished 3. They are fun and relaxing. I buy 50x60cm but I purchased another 2 and they seem to have struck. Which is unfortunate because I like the bigger ones
