GBI recently had a bad experience with an… I recently had a bad experience with an auction house in Florida. I really have to praise Bidsquare’s handling of the issue. After the dealer ignored my emails and calls I wrote an email to Bidsquare. They immediately responded professionally and communicated with the auction house in question.

GBFirst time user - Easy experience and fast delivery I was really happy with my experience. This was my first online auction and I though the process was really easy. I had wanted to buy myself a pair of vintage sunglasses as a treat for my birthday. I found Bidsquare through search and then registered on the site. Registration was easy, and with search I found some really nice options. When I found the right pair (Prada) I was able to bid before the auction even began. I got a text right before my auction went live and was able to place new bids at that time. I won, and got the sunglasses very quickly! Also payment was super easy, which I appreciated. The sunglasses were in perfect condition. Now I am hooked on online auctions. I like that Bidsquare has a lot of auctioneers and not just one category. I keep finding new things I am interested in.
