Impeccable customer service Fed ex lost my package and I contacted 3D innovations about it! A employee by the name of Lisa followed up and sent me out a new keychain within a day or two! I’m so happy I received it! It’s beautiful and I’m forever grateful that they took time to understand and fix the problem!! I’ve ordered numerous of times and never experienced that but I’m glad they took care of me in the end! I’ll continue to order with them!! Lisa you’re awesome!

Wonderful Experience I have ordered two crystals in the last week. With the excellent help from their Chat room, specifically "lisa" - I was able to design the perfect gifts. She answered questions, gave good suggestions and was very friendly, yet professional. Very quick turn around on products ordered! OMgosh!! OMgosh! Vitaly did an AWESOME job creating the crystal of my 4 grandchildren. He was so patient and kind throughout the process of picking pictures and he even showed me an example of what my completed piece would look like. The finish product couldn't have been better. I feel ripped off.. I feel ripped off... I placed my order at Baybrook Mall in Friendswood, Texas. And the lady was nice but did not give me enough information about their policy. All orders are final! they do not accept excanges or any changes to your order after the order has been placed. When I got home I looked for more options online and there are way better (lower) prices online and they even offered the light for free with your purchase. I wish I'd have done a research first and would have saved a few hundred dollars...
