GBGreat Customer Service I received my order very quickly but it was missing an item. I sent an email and received a response right away. They apologized for the missing item and said they would send it out right away. I received an email the next day stating it had been shipped and the next day I received it. Excellent customer service. I am also very happy with the quality of items.

GBA month to wait on a product purchased… A month to wait on a product purchased is a long time. So when their is no communication, me the buyer (and most buyers I think) can start to feel like I have been swindled. I hope that is not the case but, I have not even received any follow-up emails or anything giving me any shalom concerning what I purchased 1 month ago. If you guys can figure out a way to keep your costumers happy while they wait for so so long, that would be a great addition to your store.

GBHappy purchaser Happy purchaser I am pleased to say, the order process was easy, and my son likes his shofar gift. The only thing I experienced was that I didn't receive a final email that my order had been shipped.

GBSmaller Than Expected Buyers should understand how these horns are measured on the spiral before ordering. I was expecting a 32-35” horn, which is MUCH smaller than I anticipated (only 24” wide). Also, the horn sent to me has a chunk missing from damage along it’s edge. Not ideal, but I understand it’s a “natural product”. I wish I would have ordered a larger horn. The sound is lovely though.
