I had written two support questions, one of which was never answered and after purchasing, I could see the number of the one I had purchased but was not able to find the link to download. New customer I really like the options, especially the greyscale pictures. They're on the high end as far as price goes. 30$ for 25 prints using your own printer and paper, verses other companies that charge 20$ for 50 pages on really nice paper. Many same pictures are under multiple titles on the website which I don't care for much. Other then that it's nice to pick and chose what you want to purchase. Thanks!
