Don’t waste your money or time on a company like this that doesn’t care to make sure you create what you paid for.

Fantastic product Fantastic product. Good quality paper. Hard enough so you don’t finish quickly but feel a sense of accomplishment when finished. Finished the hanging sloth, working on the sitting fox and just ordered the macaw and panther. Perfect activity during shutdown. Website is a wonderful extra that comes with purchase

Good models, but sent the wrong one this time I have ordered from them three separate times. I love the models. How they look. Putting them together. But recently I ordered a second Pumpkin Mask because they were having a sale on Halloween items and the mask I received the pieces for is clearly a product not listed on their site and far inferior to the one I ordered last time. I am not sure if perhaps they ran out of the original and used that as an alternative but if so it's false advertising as what I ordered was not what I received. I have emailed them but in two days have had no reply. Hoping maybe they will reach out here. Update: They reached out and returned my payment for the mask and did not ask for the incorrect model back.

Scam, My order never arrived!!! Papercraftwold.com Products looked fun so ordered it for my niece on 8 May 2020. Order confirmation quickly received. Tracking number received. Then nothing. Order has now been “stuck” in shipping center since 28 May 2020. Despite correspondence with papercrafworld by email their response time is slow. Usually a couple of days. Despite papercraftworlds repeated promis Ses to sort out the problem nothing has happened and on 18 June 2020 we have still not received the product. Unfortunately seems like a scam and should be avoided!

Three stars right now Three stars right now. I had the same experience as the posts below where I ordered several weeks ago, got no response and my tracking numbers didn't work. I reached out via email and got a new tracking number today and it shows that it has left China, landed in the US and is now with USPS. Three stars for no communication, but if my order doesn't actually show up, I'll edit it and also do a chargeback.
