Payroll service Alisa is extremely professional handles every request quickly and accurately. From the first employee until now I have entrusted in them knowing they were handling all my payroll the way it needs to be handled. I deal with many representatives from insurance companies and vendors all the time and none of them are as professional as my payroll rep Alisa McMahon. She treats every situation with importance and she can be trusted to do it accurate every time. Zuma payroll is the best payroll company I have used to date. They really understand all businesses and it shows in there service.

Zuma Review Since we switched over to Zuma, I have nothing to say but great things. They did everything they promised. Whenever I have a problem Alisa is always there to help guide me thru it. We were tired of calling 800 numbers in other payroll companies and talking to people who we didn't know us or our company. They are an awesome payroll company to work with. Outstanding personal service!! Having used both Paychex and ADP in the past, I can honestly say that Zuma is the best. While their website may not be as intuitive as the big guys, I only need to call/email my dedicated rep for instant answers. No pressing buttons, listening to automated responses, or being kept on hold endlessly -- I get the SAME REAL PERSON each time I call. 5 big stars for Zuma!

Excellent company! I really love this payroll company. My account rep Sophia is the absolute best... she's always there to help me with her expertise and wonderful personality! I also love the fact that I can implement my payroll on line myself, I don't really have time to sit on the phone and go over each employee every week. All in all, this is the best company I have worked with, I would highly recommend them!
