Only once have I had an issue with an order missing two items and when I sent a message the error was corrected immediately and the missing items received quickly. DISAPPOINTED My last order was not handled as efficiently as in the past. It came in several shipments, items that should have been backordered were not automatically ordered, and I did not receive all the items I wanted. It was very disappointing since I had a deadline so sufficient supplies would be on hand for a craft sale. Luckily I found another source for the product we needed. I hope this was just a one-time problem because I had no trouble with previous orders.
