Until the Covid-19 virus pandemic began, shipping was fast, customer service response was timely and helpful, and communication was effective. Ann has done a great job reaching out to customers in response to inquiries. I just hope that things will improve and orders are processed like they used to be before the pandemic began affecting businesses. I'd like to get my review back up to 5 stars.
