PALong time buyer and seller - fast and professional experience Bought and sold multiple businesses with EF over the years. Best online business broker hands down when it comes to speed, communication and vetting listings before they go live on their marketplace. I consider the team and founders close colleagues and I intend to do more business with them over the years.

GBOne word, LEGENDARY. One word: LEGENDARY. This shop knows how to manage the purchase and transition of a business. Their pre-sale vetting process is insanely thorough. And once under contract, their expert team of handlers helps wade through the process of transitioning the business seamlessly. Any problem you can imagine, they have faced/solved/documented already. You are in great hands buying/selling with Empire Flippers. Special shout to JL. He is a legend.

GBNo longer what it used to be I've worked with Empire Flippers in the past, both as a Seller and Buyer. There's been a very noticeable decrease in their experience level recently. The knowledge level I had grown accustomed to on the deal making side of things basically seems to have evaporated. It's like I'm dealing with amateurs who have no business brokering deals. I find that very disappointing, especially since they're on the premium end of fees. Whatever decisions their leadership is making as of late are clearly misplaced. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. PS: Decided to use an anonymous email for this review since I don't trust how they might react to this.

GBTrustworthy Migration process and great tranparency I first sold, and also later bought a site from Empire Flippers. And I could never imagine buying anywhere else, especially after seeing how complicated migration can be. I only trust buying websites from these guys. Not competitors and not even direct.

GBOverall helpful with some areas for improvement Overall they were helpful and did a good job helping newbies like us and the seller through the process. There are a few areas that could be improved: 1. We were guided by the sales agent to do a Best and Final Offer and then a counter was given to us after best and final. 2. No additional inventory costs were disclosed upfront but then the seller asked for those additional costs (5% more) to be reimbursed after we had sent the negotiated amount and the transfer process had begun. 3. We immediately deviated from the transfer process communicated upfront to accommodate the seller - this made it feel like we continually had to negotiate to maintain the original transfer commitments (access and timeline) by EmpireFlippers.
