This was a very smooth and convenient… This was a very smooth and convenient process. Staff was super nice and understanding. Got the picture down prefect and was very kind about making corrections. Once complete the painting was delivered very quickly. Would use this service again.

Disappointment Ordered two water color paintings. Received an email that oil painting was completed. Agreed to accept re needed the gifts. Paintings arrived still wet and smelled of bad oil paint. Paintings were not identical to the photo mailed.

Go elsewhere Its okay, but definitely not worth the costs. The one we got doesn't look like we had hoped. More caricature like but without the fun and whimsy. There are probably better services out there that are more reasonable and produce better portraits. Even after giving them a chance to fix it, they never did. Complete waste of time and money.

Absolutely beautiful.. Absolutely beautiful... When I got the first draft I was a little worried but the representative that helped me assured me this was only the first draft and that they would make corrections until I was happy with the result. Needless to say the final result far exceeded my expectations. Also pictures to paints prices are significantly lower than the competition and the same quality. From far most people think it's a photograph but the fact that it isn't makes it even better. This was an anniversary gift for my wife, celebrating 2 years and we will have this as a permanent reminder. Thank you, I would highly recommend.
