One gift was not going to arrive on time, but the company communicated quickly and honestly when they knew, so we could let the recipients know. I was so glad they just informed us instead of trying to cut corners on quality on this handmade gift! I am most impressed with their customer service, and will certainly order from them again.

Customer service by the Moments… Customer service by the Moments Engraved team was great. Their help in getting my order processed and delivered was tremendous. As a special gift for our son and his wife, the finished product was exceptionally well received and will bring them a great deal of enjoyment in the years to come.

Exactly what was ordered but... The item itself looks great, what I had thought it to be. Was charged shipping when it stated shipping was free, it was to Canada so expected some shipping but not full price where this was a sale. Then had to pay more for duty, where I had to pay shipping assumed because you couldn't find anything to confirm or deny this would be included in extra price. I do realize that this is out of the control of moments engraved and this is the Christmas gift I am most excited to have opened. Thank you Moments Engraved.

Great gift from an equally awesome company! Awesome company!! Everything from the ease of the order process to a quick delivery, I am impressed every time! The quality of the product and workmanship is superb! The monogram name is a wonderful gift and I've only ever gotten praise! I am so glad that I stumbled upon this company years ago.
