But when the artist himself reaches out to you in email to update you on the shipping and when to expect it, that’s even better. Especially if he throws in a little email small talk. I can’t promise everyone that, but Tim is as thoughtful and detailed in his art as he is in his customer service. He was so kind…and focused on me…he even gave me additional info (a secret!) on the availability of his work, too. If it’s out of stock on the site, it’s worth an ask if you can’t live without it. 😉 By the way, the shipping was impeccable, super sturdy and arrived in perfect condition. And it arrived exactly when Tim said it would — which helped me keep an eye out for it. It was a wonderful experience and I’ll be coming back for more!
